Delegate Shott moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 13, line 12, by striking out subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection (b) to read as follows: “(b) For purposes of this article, “consideration” includes sexual acts as defined in §61-8B-1(6), §61-8B-1(7), and §61-8B-1(8) of this code or images of intimate parts as defined in §61-8-28a(a)(2) and §61-8-28a(a)(3) of this code.”
